The first 2024 issue of NHRA National Dragster, our annual Season Preview, is now online in digital format and in the mail in its traditional print format to NHRA Members around the world.

The jampacked issue includes a complete wrap-up and chronology of a wild offseason filled with twists and turns as well as a look forward at what it all means entering the 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season.

In addition to a comprehensive look at all of the major players in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle, we also have exclusive interviews with two of the biggest newsmakers — Tony Stewart, who will be making his Top Fuel debut this season subbing for wife Leah Pruett, and Tim Wilkerson, who announced his retirement from driving and will now tune for son Daniel — and breakdowns on all of the rapidly unfolding stories.

The issue also includes a great feature on the Pro Stock return of multitime world champion Jeg Coughlin Jr., as well as a look at this year’s impressive crop of rookie drivers and at 10 drivers you’ll want to keep your eyes on this season.

Regular columnists Phil Burgess, Brian Lohnes, and Luke Bogacki also share their views of the current state of the state.

We’ve also got coverage of several division awards banquets with more to follow next month and the rollout of a new feature; Sportsman Driver of the Month.
