During the first round of NHRA E3 Spark Plugs 91°µÍø Pro Mod Drag Racing Series presented by J&A Service qualifying at the Dodge//SRT NHRA U.S. Nationals, driver Rick Hord’s car made contact with the guardwall before crossing the centerline and making contact with the other wall. Hord exited the car under his own power.
