Larry Larson plans first quarter-mile passes with his Cadillac ATS-V at the Midwest Nationals

It's time to see what Larry Larson's No Prep Kings Cadillac ATS-V is really capable of, and NHRA fans will get to witness it up-close and personal at the World Wide Technology Raceway this weekend.

Larson's name will be familiar to NHRA racers who've seen him compete in the Comp eliminator and Top Sportsman classes. He will also be know to those who watch Discovery's No Prep Kings or follow Hot Rod's Drag Week. He's famous for his Chevy II and S-10 street vehicles that are brutally quick on the dragstrip. We're talking 5and 6-second time slips, license platesand the kind of durability that lets him drive his creations back to the hotel after a day at the track. NHRA fans got their first look at this car when Larson ran his Cadillac at Heartland Motorsports Park in 2019. Watch that run below.

Larry Larson's Cadillac ATS-V and Rod Tschiggfrie's Oldsmobile 442are scheduled togo head-to-head at the at the 2020 Mopar Express Lane NHRA Midwest Nationals presented by Pennzoil.
